I started looking around and found nobody maintains a list like this. It can be extremely difficult to set up dialing plans when opening an office in a new country, so my goal is to build and keep a list of them for anyone to use.

I have not completed this list (obviously), so if you would like to contribute, please feel free. I will credit contributions as they are received.
